Introducing Seawing
Situated at London Southend airport in Essex, UK the club is one of the longest established on the field with some 200 members. We operate a fleet made up of Cessna C150, C152 and Piper PA28 aircraft. Membership costs £85 per annum as a full flying member, £30 as a social member, or £30 monthly as a temporary member. We think this compares very well with other clubs particularly as we have good flying and social facilities together with our recently extended clubhouse.
We have instructors qualified to teach PPL, IMC, Night and Aerobatics courses as well as carrying our ever popular trial lessons. We are a club owned and operated by the members for the members - all revenues are re-invested into the club and its activities for the sole benefit of the members.
Why fly with Seawing? Why not come on down and ask the members yourself - visitors are always more than welcome even if just for a cup of coffee! We regularly run social events throughout the year. We try to offer an all round flying service including offering accommodation for visiting pilots when required.
